Over more than 45 years, Mirvac has built a reputation as one of Australia’s leading integrated property developers. After establishing ourselves in the residential sector, we went on to diversify our business, which now also encompasses retail, office and industrial property.

Our Office and Industrial journey has been a strategic one, and has seen us make the conscious decision to concentrate on premium and A Grade assets in capital cities. Focusing on these assets has cemented our reputation for quality, and secured consistent returns for our securityholders. More than that, though, it has given us the opportunity to work with some exceptional partners, and deliver some truly unique office and industrial developments.
